What Ledvaro is
One system for the operational side of a service business.
Ledvaro is a cloud platform for companies whose work is organized as jobs: a customer, a location, a set of dates and the people you send. It holds your customers, projects, staff and the documents that decide who is allowed on site — and connects them, so assigning someone to a job also tells you if their passport expires before it ends.
Each company works in its own isolated organization. Data is never shared between organizations, and that separation is enforced in the database query layer rather than only hidden in the interface.
One record per customer
Contacts, addresses, colour coding, work history and the extra fields your industry needs — on the customer, not in someone's inbox.

Month, week and timeline views of every planned job, who is assigned, and where it is.

How it works
From signup to a planned week
There is no implementation project. You create an organization and start entering real work.
Create your organization
Sign up with your company name and you become its owner. Your organization is created with you as its first user, isolated from everyone else's data.
Bring in customers and staff
Add them by hand, or import a CSV exported from Excel or Google Sheets. Ledvaro suggests how your columns map and you confirm each one before anything is written.
Add the fields your business needs
Define custom fields on customers, projects or employees — the details specific to your industry that no generic system ships with.
Plan jobs and staff them
Create a project against a customer, set the dates and assign people. Ledvaro flags anyone already booked elsewhere for those dates.
Invite your team with the right role
Owners, administrators and planners see the whole operation. Supervisors and staff see the jobs they are assigned to.

How Ledvaro started
Built with a company that had the problem
Ledvaro began as a collaboration with a US-based industrial services company. We develop the product together with them, against their real operations.
That is why the product is shaped the way it is. Employee records handle both a Swedish personnummer and a US social security number, because the work crosses borders. Invoice documents follow the layout their customers already accept. Projects carry industry-specific fields as configurable data rather than hard-coded columns, because the next company's fields will be different.
It is a working partnership, not a logo on a wall. The requirements come from people doing the job, and features get corrected quickly once they meet real data.
