Five modules are on for every organization. Travel and Invoicing are add-ons you switch on when you need them. Nothing below is planned or coming soon — it is what the platform does today.
Available to every organization from the first day.
An overview of your organization: what is running, who is available, and what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
Every planned job in month, week or timeline view — who is on it, which customer it belongs to, and where it is. This is where the week gets planned.
Projects are the unit of work. Each one belongs to a customer, has dates and an address, and carries the people you have assigned to it.
Your customer register, with the contacts, addresses and history that would otherwise live in email — plus the extra fields that are specific to your business.
Your people and resources — employees, contractors, subcontractors and external resources — with the documents that decide whether they can be on a site.
Enabled per organization under Settings. A module that is off disappears from the menu for everyone and is closed off in the backend.
Attach flights, trains, hotels, cars and other travel to a job, with several people able to share one booking. Adds a Travel page and a travel section on each job.
Create quotes, turn accepted ones into invoices, send them as PDFs and track what has been paid. Adds Quotes and Invoices pages and a Billing settings page.
Capabilities that are not a module of their own.
Every organization is its own tenant. The separation is applied in the database query layer, so a record belonging to another organization cannot be read or written even by direct address. Ledvaro does not share data between organizations.
Five roles: Owner, Administrator, Planner, Supervisor and Staff. Owners, administrators and planners work across the whole organization; supervisors and staff see the jobs they are assigned to. Access is enforced on the server, not only in the interface.
Define your own fields on customers, projects and employees: text, email, phone, numbers, dates, yes/no, dropdowns, lists, national IDs and file uploads. Order them how you want, and mark sensitive values so they are not shown casually. This is how the platform adapts without a rebuild.
Bring customers, employees and jobs in from a CSV exported from Excel or Google Sheets. Ledvaro reads the heading row, suggests how each column maps, and shows you an example value before anything is written.
Decide how many days ahead you want to be told. Rules cover employee documents that are about to expire, missing qualifications on staffed jobs, and preliminary jobs before they start — each with its own severity, and by email where you want it.
The application is available in all three languages, and each user chooses their own. A Danish technician and a Swedish planner can work in the same organization, each in their own language.
Upload your company logo and pick the colour theme your organization works in. With the invoicing module on, the same branding carries through to the documents you send customers.
The platform is built for phones as well as desktops, and can be added to a phone home screen to open like an app. Staff out on a job can check their schedule and their tickets without a laptop.
